Bed and Breakfast

Newly renovated and decorated by a local artist, the Bed & Breakfast overlooks Mount Meron and enjoys a picture-perfect view of the sun setting over the hills of the Galilee. The tranquil setting and beautifully decorated apartment, with its stone walls, tile floors and Moroccan motifs, provide a perfect retreat from the 21st century world. Yet there is no lack of modern conveniences such as wireless internet access(soon to be installed) and satellite television. The two-room suite has a master bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette containing a refrigerator, toaster oven, sink and hot plate for Shabbat. It can comfortably house a family of five.

Prices: $160 per night for 1-2 persons. $30 for each additional person.

The Bar-Els can also arrange for tours of Safed, gallery walks and meetings with artists, Sabbath programs (see "Inside Safed") and meals with the Bar-Els (if possible).
